Rebecca Reddig was looking for an encore career after retiring from the CSU system. She’d worked in administration at California State University at Bakersfield for more than 20 years and took advantage of an early retirement incentive but realized that she wasn’t ready to stop working quite yet. Her friend Melody, a licensed hearing aid dispenser at House Ear Clinic was looking for reliable part-time help and convinced Rebecca to join the team. Almost 20 years later, the rest is history; the two continue to work together to this day.
