Dr. Tsao has been trained at a variety of healthcare facilities, such as veteran hospital settings, ENT physician offices, non-for-profit clinics, and other medical offices serving both adult and pediatric populations. His main professional focus is to utilize his diagnostic skills to improve patient outcomes for the geriatric population, especially patients affected by presbycusis, tinnitus, or other auditory or vestibular-related disorders. His specific interests include diagnostic audiological testing, hearing loss prevention, tinnitus management, and aural rehabilitation. In his personal opinion, the best part of being an audiologist is using technology to help people communicate effectively in their everyday lives.
