Dr. Mahboubi started his fellowship training in neurotology and skull base surgery at House Ear Clinic in July 2019. He completed his residency in otolaryngology—head and neck surgery at the University of California at Irvine following a post-doctoral research fellowship at the same institution, which helped develop his passion for treating ear and hearing related disorders. He has published several articles and book chapters and presented his work at multiple national meetings. Dr. Mahboubi has received multiple research awards as well as research grants from the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery.
